From 7-9 p.m. Feb. 4 at West Linn High School, a program called 'Professional Health Talk' with Dr. Marzell, Naturopath and Dr. Katz, Psychologist. Dr. Marzell will show you how to stop cravings, the role of blood sugar, food allergies, and hormones in weight loss and maintenance.

Katz will discuss how to develop healthy behaviors that promote weight loss.

However they are seeing more upper respiratory infections.

Clackamas County to open H1N1 clinic Nov. 17

The Clackamas County Health Department will open its H1N1 flu vaccination clinic from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 17 to distribute the vaccine to priority groups. All forms of vaccine will be available.

The clinic is located at 168 Warner-Milne Road in Oregon City, on the county’s Red Soils campus. The site is next to the OSU extension building and diagonally across from the entrance to Portland General Electric.

Longtime West Linn doctor under cloud of suspicion

Kara Hansen of The West Linn Tidings has a story about David Campbell, a doctor who is under investigation by the Oregon Medical Board.

Campbell was a longtime West Linn doctor who had a complaint issued against him July 28. His family practice is now closed.
